Position Overview
Candidates will provide direct management for the (Behavioral Health) site as well as provide therapy services. Duties include supervision of personnel, staffing, implementation of new and continued existing policies and procedures, adherence to TJC, HIPAA, PCMH, performance improvement, and compliance policies. Assist staff with all areas of office; assist with training of existing staff and new staff.
Location and Hours of Position
PHN Beaver Falls Health Center (Behavioral Health): 1302 Seventh Avenue, Beaver Falls, PA 15010
The office hours for this position are typically M-F 8am-5pm with one late evening.
Education/Experience Requirements
Previous work history as Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is required.
Current licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and/or State of Ohio (depending on location of practice site).
Previous management experience in behavioral health (preferred)
Additional Job Qualifications/Skills
- Thorough knowledge of Networks policies and procedures
- Must have the ability to operate computer, Microsoft Office, and fax
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility
