Bench Pharmacist at A-Line Staffing Solutions

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Bench Pharmacist to join our team. • Provide routine and emergency comprehensive drug screening, information processing, and dispensing services.
• Meet or exceed site budgets while optimizing cost management in line with script counts.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to manage Band III accounts and oversee Band I and II accounts.
• Drive organic growth and mitigate risks with existing customer relationships.
• Negotiate and finalize customer contracts in collaboration with regional leadership.
• Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to achieve site goals and objectives.
• Regularly evaluate operational results and report to the General Manager and/or Vice President of Operations.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing pharmacy operations.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of patient information and property.
• Familiarize yourself with the Customer Pharmacy Services policy manual and internal policies.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback and support to pharmacy staff, fostering professional development.
