Benefits Administrator - Motive Workforce Solutions

About the Job
Purpose and Scope: This is a temporary position 3-6 months to help complete projects and ensure compliance. Benefits Administrator will engage in a number of projects within the Benefits Department.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Head of Benefits and HR to engage in multiple projects in various stages of completion.
- Track several different reports in Excel and reconcile billings and reporting.
- Assist with creating benefits presentations and communications for Benefits Team Lead.
- Under the direction of Head of Benefits, administer the Benefits program including medical, dental, vision, group life, and supplemental benefit programs.
- Review and assign status updates for active and closed LOAs
- Work with Head of Benefits, brokers, and carriers to resolve issues by implementing and correcting file feeds, plan setups, and provider networks.
- Participate in the administration of open enrollment activities.
- Reconcile and process benefit invoices for payment.
- Partner with Head of Benefits to ensure benefits programs are administered in compliance with applicable laws.
- Answer incoming questions from employees and stakeholders in the absence of the Head of Benefits.
- All other duties as required
Experience:
- 3 - 5 years experience in HR/benefits administration
Pay: $35 - $40/hr
