Benefits Administrator
Position Overview:
Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Benefits Administrator will be a key member of the Human Resources team working to ensure compliant and cost effective administration of employee benefits that support CR&R’s business objectives. They will have responsibility for maintaining and enhancing the organization’s benefits practices and by developing and implementing new or modified plans and employee benefits policies.
Position Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and disability plans, 401k, along with an effective wellness program.
- Manage benefits vendors.
- Manage a complex combination of fully-insured plans.
- Evaluate existing company benefits to ensure competitiveness with other employers.
- Manage all leaves, including FMLA, CFRA, PDL, PSL, etc.
- Manager ADA claims
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations –Required
- CBP or CEBS certification - Required
- Minimum five (5) years Benefits management experience - required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – preferred
- Union experience - preferred
