Benefits Documentation Specialist
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking assistance due to the current workload and upcoming compliance deadline for the 1095-C form.
Responsibilities:
- Benefits Documentation Specialist will assist with 1095-C documentation processing
- Benefits Documentation Specialist will need to work quickly to meet the compliance deadline
- Benefits Documentation Specialist role will have heavy data entry related responsibilities
- Ticketing system is used for all HR data
- Benefits Documentation Specialist will complete ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested
Requirements:
- Ideally, 2-3+ years of benefits experience for Benefits Documentation Specialist role
- Benefits Documentation Specialist should have high quality data entry skills
- Vista will be system where entering the data - previous experience is NOT required
- Some working knowledge of an HR database is a plus
- Should know systems well and be comfortable with data entry, other admin tasks
- Intermediate Excel skills - pivot tables, VLOOKUP's
- College degree or coursework is a plus but NOT required
