* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 4-8 years of Human Resources related experience
* This is not an entry-level position. Prior benefits experience is required.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* General knowledge of employment laws and practices
* Experience in administration of employee benefits
* Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point.
* Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees and with vendors
* Must maintain a high level of confidentiality
* Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationship and a positive work environment
* Experience with: the hiring process; oversight of company policy; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
