Benefits Specialist (Temporary)
Location: 100% Onsite, Westford, MA
Contract: 3-4 months
As a Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for administering employee benefits, coordinating with external brokers and vendors, and maintaining up-to-date benefits records in our HRIS system
You will handle employee inquiries, benefits enrollments, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless benefits operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer company-wide benefits programs, including international benefits across multiple regions.
Act as a liaison with brokers and vendors to resolve benefits-related issues.
Support global benefits plan renewals and manage enrollment and billing processes.
Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits and ensure accurate record-keeping in HRIS (Oracle).
Maintain compliance with global benefits regulations and perform audits as needed.
Assist with reporting and data analysis related to benefits administration.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in benefits administration, with a focus on international benefits.
Experience working with HRIS systems (Oracle preferred).
Compensation:$35-40+/hour based on experience.
