Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their insurance requirements and offer personalized advice.

Sales Strategy: Develop effective sales strategies to promote insurance products and services to potential clients.

Policy Management: Manage policy renewals, modifications, and coverage adjustments for existing clients.

Client Retention: Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the organization.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Licensing: Active Florida Property & Casualty License (440, 20-44, 220) required. Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Professionalism: Ability to represent the company in a professional manner at all times. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with basic computer applications and software.
