Description:
Office Services is responsible for performing a variety of clerical activities in support of their work teams in accordance with standard procedures.
This includes clerical duties such as photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information, and distributing mail.
Maintains records, prepares forms, verifies information and resolves routine problems.
General administrative day-to-day office responsibilities including, screening phone calls, scanning, mail sorting, copying, overnight shipping, correspondence and file maintenance, etc.
Handle confidential matters with proper discretion.
Oversees documents for employee signature and proper follow-through.
Ad-Hoc Projects as needed
Is expected of you and others at this level
Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete standard tasks
Works on basic and routine assignments
Selects correct processes from prescribed rules or guidelines
Work is closely managed and follows details instructions
Seeks regular guidance and advice from supervisor
Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and email
Organization skills is a must, with great time management
Can operate a printer, scan and apply naming conventions to documents
Education:
EXPERIENCE:
2-4 Years.
Languages:
