Woodhouse Auto Family is seeking a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Bilingual Service Customer Care Specialist (English & Spanish). In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized assistance and support to customers throughout their service experience, ensuring their satisfaction and building lasting relationships with our dealership.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Regular attendance is mandatory.

Essential Duties
- Update customer information for accuracy.
- Notify customers when a recall is issued.
- Follow up with customers on satisfaction of service or sale
- Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
- Maintain various excel spreadsheets.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the initiative.
- Follows established organizational procedures and health and safety policies.
