About the Job
We are seeking a highly organized and detailed bilingual administrative assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English and will provide comprehensive adminsistrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, it both languages, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle internal and external communications in Spanish and English, including answering calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure equipment is properly serviced.
- Organize and maintain files and records with a focus on data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, ad assist with organizing company events.
- Provide exceptional service to clients and visitors, resolving inquiries professionally.
- Support projects by conducting research, compiling data, and preparing reports.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- MUST have experience using QuickBooks
- High school diploma required; Associate degree or higher is a plus!
- Minimum of two years of administrative experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
