- Master Level Associate License $72,000
- Master Level Independent License $85,000

Job Details
In this role, you will:
- Provide counseling and care coordination for patients and families, using individual, group, or family therapy as needed.
- Manage a caseload that varies based on patient needs and be responsible for services like intake assessments, participating in Child and Family Teams, and oversee clinical aspects of care.
- Work with patients and families to develop personalized service plans, implement interventions, and track progress toward goals, following the Arizona Vision and 12 Principles.
- Collaborate with the team to prevent crises and reduce the need for out-of-home placements.
- Monitor patient needs, recommend appropriate case management or psychiatric services, and help families plan for independent living and transitions.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a counseling related field is required (professional counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, counseling psychology, substance abuse counseling)
- Preferred but not required upon hire: Hold an active associate level or independent level behavioral health license, as approved by AZBBHE (LMSW, LAC, LAMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Applicant can start within 90 days of graduation, continued employment will be contingent upon verification of degree
- Must have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide the behavioral health services that the agency is authorized to provide and to meet the unique needs of client populations served by the agency, including children, and meet requirements for a BHT II or BHP.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and must be able to execute conflict resolution.
- Ability to develop routine reports and correspondence.
- Knowledge of Windows 365 environment and/or Electronic Health Records Systems.
- Ability to provide culturally sensitive services
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Must possess reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.
- Must maintain current BLS certification
- Covid 19 Vaccination or Qualified Exemption (Religious or Medical).
- TB Screening Record and PPD/QuantiFERON/Chest x-ray as applicable upon hire
- Vaccinations/Titer’s Test/Declination Form: Flu, Hep B, MMR, Tdap, Varicella
