Clayton Services is searching for a Bilingual Customer Service/Call Center Representative to join a thriving company in North Houston. The Bilingual Customer Service/Call Center Representative will be responsible for being the liaison between the company's current and potential customers to resolve issues, complaints, and inquiries.
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $15.00-$17.00/hour

Bilingual Customer Service/Call Center Representative Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow scripts when handling various topics
- Identify customers needs, information, and research issues to provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Upsell products when presented with the opportunity
- Build relations and engage customers by exceeding their expectations
- Keep accurate and detailed records of all conversations in the database
- Attend training to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet and exceed goals
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Adaptable and flexible team player willing to go the extra mile
- Computer proficiency
- 1-2 years in a customer support/call center role is highly preferred
- Experience meeting or exceeding quotas highly desired
- Experience working with a CRM system is highly desired
- A minimum of a high school diploma is required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
