We are seeking a Bilingual Entry-Level Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is crucial for assisting our Spanish-speaking clients and providing exceptional customer service. The position offers a base salary of $18 - $21 per hour, with additional commission and bonus opportunities. Entry-level representatives typically earn an additional $500 to $1,000 per month in commission, while experienced agents can earn between $1,500 to $2,000 per month.

Responsibilities
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
- Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.

- Process insurance policy payments accurately and efficiently.
- Facilitate policy changes and updates based on client requests.
- Address client objections and concerns to overcome barriers to upsell current and new clients.
Requirements
- License Requirements: A Property and Casualty License is required. A license is not required to apply. Licensing Assistance Available.
- Candidate must be Bilingual in Spanish with previous sales experience and 1 year of office experience to be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
