Pay Rate
$20.00 per hour or more depending on experience and training.

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Bilingual HR Generalist Duties and Responsibilities
• Translate daily with current employees as well as any new hires.
• Assist with training in Spanish.
• Translate documentation/policies.
• Assist with payroll.
• Other duties as assigned.

Bilingual HR Generalist Qualifications and Requirements
• MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH.
• Experience with Human resources and training is preferred.
• ADP experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead on site training.
• Background check and drug screen are required.
