Salary: $17-20/ hour + bonus depending on experience

Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Customer Service: Address inquiries, provide information, and ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service.
• Policies Management: Assist in managing insurance policies, updating information, and ensuring accuracy.
• Sales Support: Aid in sales efforts by providing administrative and customer support to the sales team.

• Bilingual, expert in both English and Spanish required
• Licensing: Must possess or obtain a valid Florida Insurance 440/220 License.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support colleagues.
• Adaptability: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities.
