The Chrissa Moore Insurance Agency was ranked in the top 1% 2022, 2023 and on track for another amazing year. We are rapidly growing and looking to expand our team to meet our client's needs! Full time Insurance Bilingual Inside Sales Agents will earn between $60,000 and $80,000 per year.
The position we are currently offering is for Bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Insurance Agents who will focus 75% of their time cross selling and servicing current customers with 25% of their job focusing on behind the scenes type service work. Responsibilities
*Answer a variety of incoming customer calls related but not limited to billing inquiries, claims, rates, policy changes, renewals and general coverage questions.
*Transition every service call into a review to find gaps on coverage and new business opportunities.
*Actively reach out and follow-up with current customers for policy reviews based on renewals and other priority lead triggers.
*Meet new business production goals and monthly service objectives as established.
*Effectively communicate with customers and prospects via email for replies, inquiries, and follow-ups.
*Proactively ask each customer for referrals.
*Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
*Meet with customers face to face as needed
*Be a team player that contributes to Idea/knowledge sharing, professional development, administrative task as needed and enhances office culture
*Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
*25% of time will be focused on behind the scenes type service work (inspection follow-up, Cancelation, T-Doc list)/75% will be focused on servicing and generating new business from current clients.
Requirements
The Idea candidate would be someone that excels at customer service, is very organized but also loves the excitement that comes with sales. This is someone who is a quick learner, pays attention to detail, an exceptional communicator, loves helping customers and is driven to meet their goals.
*Must possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
*Can create relationships from a cold start.
*A Property & Casualty license is required.

*Prior Customer Service/Account Management Experience required
*Prior Sales Experience is preferred.
*Looking for someone that has previous experience working at an insurance agency. This can be substituted if you have a strong sales background, and you are a quick learner and good at technology.
*Professional phone etiquette.
*Driven and goal-oriented individual.
*Must have the ability to work from home as needed.
*Be capable of handling customer rejection.
*Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is required.
*Associates degree or higher is preferred but can be substituted with experience
