Bilingual Litigation Paralegal - Gpac

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish. This role involves supporting attorneys in all aspects of personal injury cases, from client intake to trial preparation, while ensuring seamless communication with our diverse clientele. Bilingual Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:

• 3+ Years experience as a paralegal
• Experience in personal injury a plus but not required
• Organized exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs
• Assist attorneys with interrogatories and discovery requests
• Liases between trial team and third parties, medical providers
• Communicate with retained experts
• Subpoena medical, billing and radiology records, employment records
• Summarize writeen discovery and document productions
• Interpretation for Spanish speaking clients

Bilingual Litigation Paralegal Requirements:

• Must be competent and proficient in Word, Outlook, One Drive, Magellan
• Ability to handle multiple databases of information and be comfortable organizing data
• Ability to work independently and problem solve
• Communicate with internal and external third parties
• Trial preparation and trial support experience preferred
• Knowledge of motions,discovery, evidence, litigation documents, court rules and procedures
• ABA approved Paralegal Certificate or relevant certification
• Ability to record billable time
• Fluent in Spanish
