As a Member Experience Representative III ( Personal Banker / Relationship Banker ) with CTCU you will work with different customers and assist them with their everyday banking needs, but that's just the beginning. You will not only answer their questions but also suggest appropriate products and services that will help them save money and make a difference in their financial landscape. In this role, in order to provide members with the service they need, you must be bilingual (English/Spanish). From new account opportunities to buying or refinancing their home or auto, you will be their financial guru! In this role, some of our members may need assistance in other languages. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
