Midway Staffing hires a driven, bilingual (English/Spanish) On-Site Supervisor to support and lead our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are detail-oriented, and excel at building client relationships, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead onboarding, payroll, and safety checks.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver daily reports.
- Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, and initial screening.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English & Spanish required
- Excellent communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills.
- High School Diploma or GED.
