A Typical Day:As the BilingualSales Contact Center Specialist, responsibilities will include performing key functions within the sales organization including conducting outbound calls to borrowers as well as proper routing of inbound customer calls to appropriate groups.
The Bilingual Sales Contact Center Specialist will:
- Perform high-volume of outbound calls to specific sales campaigns in both English & Spanish.
- Emphasize benefits of Pennymac competitive advantages to highlight how they are beneficial to customer’s needs and provide appropriate rebuttal options as applicable
- Answer inbound calls from potential borrowers in a timely manner and route calls appropriately
- Ensure data integrity and documentation within required systems
- Adhere to assigned schedule, meal and rest breaks
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in both English & Spanish.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environments
- Familiar with using Google G-Suite and Microsoft Office a plus
- Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
- Financial Services or mortgage industry experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
- Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
- Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
- Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
