What the Billing Accounts Receivable Specialist will do:

• Manage a queue of high-level billing issues, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution
• Maintain communication with partners, understanding their needs, and providing resolutions to support their objectives
• Collaborate with various teams to address complex billing discrepancies and offer accounting insights
• Perform account reconciliation and/or cash/credit reconciliation from contracts to invoices, ensuring clarity on the status of each transaction.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Support, and Finance teams to gather information and resolve billing discrepancies.

What the company needs in the Billing Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business
• NetSuite and Salesforce experience
• Ability to interpret and apply accounting standards in various business contexts.
• Advanced Excel experience (pivot tables, vlookups)
