About the Job
VACO Atlanta has partnered with a growing company to hire a Billing Analyst to manage all aspects of the client billing cycle
This role ensures that prebill edits, billing transmittal, and e-billing requirements are handled accurately and efficiently, while providing exceptional support to internal teams
Location: Atlanta, GA
Onsite: Onsite to start, then hybrid with 2 days remote
Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000

Key Responsibilities:Capture and validate financial and billing information for new clients, ensuring accurate data entry to prevent billing delays.
Generate and distribute monthly pre-bills for review.
Make necessary edits to rates, time transfers, and narratives, then finalize and distribute bills for approval.
For e-billing clients, submit invoices to third-party platforms, track for acceptance, and resolve any rejections.
Ensure all billing details, such as rates, task codes, and client information, are accurate and up to date.
Prepare and send reminder statements.
Assist with cost entries and other billing-related tasks as needed.
Address client billing inquiries, researching and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in client billing and e-billing, ideally in a professional services environment.
Strong communication skills—assertive, confident, and diplomatic.
Customer service-oriented with the ability to build strong relationships with attorneys.
Excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.

the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure
The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
