Billing and Invoicing Clerk at Wasatch Rx LLC

The Shipping & Receiving Clerk, reporting to Wasatch Rx's Logistics & Warehouse Manager, plays a key role in managing inventory, including pharmaceuticals, diabetic supplies, and medical products. This position involves safe transportation and verification of incoming shipments, as well as coordinating efficient order fulfillment.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (7:30am 4:00pm M-F) Full Time, 40 hours/week

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Product Authentication
  • Receive product shipments daily (FedEx/UPS)
  • Verify, log, and shelf incoming product
  • Organize product records (packing slips, invoices, RMA's)
  • Utilize WMS/ERP systems effectively to enhance operational efficiency and data management
  • Perform inventory cycle counts
• Order Fulfillment
  • Pull and prepare product for outgoing daily orders
  • Navigate shipping carrier online systems (FedEx, UPS)
  • Generate picture/video verification for all shipped orders
  • Specialize in diabetic and pharmaceutical Inventory
• Product Transportation
  • Responsible for driving a company vehicle to pick up products from local vendors, with driving duties approximately ranging from 30-50% of weekly responsibilities.
• Office Maintenance duties as needed
  • Conduct spot checks of the property and perform cleaning tasks if needed
  • Emptying trash bins
  • Maintaining warehouse cleanliness
  • Maintaining warehouse restroom cleanliness
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn new software applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while effectively organizing and prioritizing tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse, pharmacy, and/or administrative roles
• Experience with online portal systems (FedEx/UPS)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, and stoop for long periods of time
• Ability to work at a computer station for extended periods of time, with or without the use of a sit-stand desk
• Ability to answer phones with or without the use of a headset
• Ability to work on location out of the Sandy, UT Office
