Job Overview
We are looking for a Billing Specialist to join our team! If you have 1-2 years of experience in billing, we want to meet you. You will help manage the billing process, make sure invoices are correct, and provide support with data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Billing Management (60%)
- Enter billing information and create invoices (50-60 lines per invoice).
- Attach the right documents and send invoices to clients.
- Handle billing for 10 customers each day.
- Check billing history and rates to make sure everything is accurate before invoicing.
Invoice Revision (10%)
- Use Excel to update and change invoices when needed.
Reporting (15%)
- Put data into Excel to create reports.
- Prepare and send reports from inspectors and technicians.
Phone Support (5%)
- Answer phone calls when the receptionist is on break or at lunch.
General Administrative Tasks (10%)
- Help with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of billing experience.
- Basic skills in Excel.
- Knowing SQL is a plus (we will provide training).
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work alone and with a team.
Additional Information
- You may need to work extra hours (2-8 hours) during month-end and the first few weeks of training.
