Billing Specialist - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

Our client, in Manchester, NH, has an immediate opening for a Billing Specialist.

Role: Billing Specialist (Direct Hire)

Pay: $28-$30/hour

Location: Manchester, NH (Hybrid 1 day/week)

Premise: Assist Accounting team with the processing of client bills and serving as primary point of contact for billing inquiries.

Job Duties:

● Daily preparation of bills, including uploading into software portal and tracking

● Work directly with clients to resolve billing discrepancies

● Research disputes and respond to client questions regarding bills

● Assist with past due accounts

● Ensure that proper billing guidelines and procedures are followed

● Assist accounting team with special projects, as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* 3+ years of relevant billing experience

* Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

* Intermediate MS Excel (Pivot Tables) and computer aptitude
