What you'll do as a Billing Specialist + Prepare billing. + Input data into systems. + Put together billing documents. + Speak with customer to discuss billing matters. + Prepare and submit reports as directed by Supervisor(s). + Other duties as assigned. What you'll need + To be 18 years of age or older. + Authorization to work in the United States for this company. + Have basic computer and Microsoft Office experience, including Office Suite, and be able to work with digital calendars. + Ability to use mutable software products. + Must have strong communication skills. + Willingness to work shifts as assigned, including daily overtime and some weekends when necessary. + Able to perform the physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift. Physical abilities & exposures + Routinely: + Sitting - approximately 4 to 6 hours daily. + Keyboard/mouse usage - approximately 4 to 6 hours daily. + Standing -­ less than 2 hours daily. + Walking ­- approximately 1 to 2 hours daily. + Bending/Twisting ­- less than 1 hour daily. + Occasionally: + Lifting (weights up to 40 lbs.) -­ rarely. + Lift & Carry (weights of 25 lbs) - occasionally.
