Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage complex billing operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Utilize SAP software for billing processes, including invoice generation, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient billing practices.
- Prepare and review detailed billing reports and documentation.
- Analyze billing data and provide insights to improve processes and accuracy.
- Maintain and update billing records and files.
- Proven experience as a Billing Accountant or in a similar role with a strong focus on complex billing processes.
- Proficiency in SAP software is essential.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle complex calculations and financial data.
- Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

This role is ideal for someone who excels in complex billing scenarios, has strong mathematical skills, and possesses experience with SAP software. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
