North Shore Pediatric Therapy in Des Plaines, IL is looking to hire a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)!

As a leader on our clinical team, you'll be providing a life-changing service that affects entire families today, tomorrow, and years into the future. You will develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on the result of your assessment, and manage the team of Behavior Therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians providing the care. This may include teaching new skills, reinforcing appropriate behavior, and addressing problems.

Who makes a great BCBA at North Shore Pediatric Therapy?
- You have a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, and must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- You have prior experience conducting functional behavior assessments to identify the strengths and needs of each client

Your role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
- Organize, design, and oversee all clinical aspects for a caseload of children including treatment protocols, behavior reduction systems, and data collection systems.
- Make appropriate cross-referrals to other disciplines as needed
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for each client based on their unique needs and abilities
- Provide direct and indirect supervision with our Behavior Therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians to implement protocols.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, such as doctors, teachers, and pediatric therapists, to ensure our clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care
- Keep detailed records of progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Base salary
Your base salary is exclusive of bonuses, overtime, or other benefits, ensuring a stable and predictable income. Base salary is determined by expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Total compensation
Total compensation includes your base salary and a performance-based annual bonus, paid quarterly, to reward your dedication and excellence in your role.
