This BCBA role in Harrisonburg, VA will be is a fulltime, 10 month position - paid for all school holidays and breaks, including summer.

RESPONSIBILITIES | WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Provide direct/indirect behavioral services to students and/or teachers and classroom support personnel in either individual or group settings
- Provide supervision to assigned RBTs, BTs and other classroom leaders and/or support personnel to support identified goals
- Provide oversight for one or multiple student's ABA programs in the classroom including oversight for paraprofessionals who are working with the student(s) directly.
- Individually assess students to identify learning and program needs
- Develop initial programming and ongoing modification to programs as needed
- Provide direct intervention, instruction and supervision to classroom support personnel
- Monitor program and progress and provide daily progress reporting and data analysis
- Provide daily progress notes for school and families
- Create functional behavior assessments and related behavior intervention plans and create social skills and/or skill based assessments as needed
- Provide consultation to teachers and other behavior support or classroom support personnel
- Assist with development of behavior strategies, IEP goals focusing on behavior reduction and replacement behaviors and data collection tools and methodology
- Provide instruction for Response to Intervention (RTI)
- Provide Behavioral Skills Training (BST) for classroom staff on identified interventions
- Master's degree in psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or other related fields of study.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- 2 Years' experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs
