Cortica is looking for an Applied Behavior Analysis Supervisor (BCBA) to join its growing team!

You will oversee clinical programming for patients receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Treatment. In this role, you will provide support and oversite for teammates within your pod including ABA Assistant Supervisors and Behavior Interventionists. What will you do?
- Complete Assessment and Treatment plans following Cortica’s clinical model, BACB, and insurance guidelines.
- Provide direct clinical and supervisory support to therapy clients and Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Supervisors on the pod.
- Ensure quality clinical care, meeting all minimum supervisory and parent training hours, and maintaining productivity expectations.
- Provide monthly supervision to all RBTs on their pod, completing paperwork and at least 5% of hours in 1:1 and/or group supervision experiences.
- Monitor and update programming aspects of each client’s clinical case, and update- the team accordingly.
- Provide supervision and support to Assistant Supervisors to collect, organize, and analyze data in support of progress report writing.
- Meet with Director to review scheduled hours and ensure optimization of all supervision and parent training hours.
- Participate in insurance authorization reviews with support from the ABA Site Leader · Participate in and/or lead department meetings.
- Participate in Clinical Integration Meetings for clients on your caseload.
- Prioritize and assist in the implementation of safety initiatives.

Additional responsibilities may be added, such as clinical mentorship and training, with participation in our BCBA Clinical Ladder Program.
** Based on clinical experience and completion of requirements, you may be eligible to participate. Requirements are determined by leadership annually and are available to review.
We’d love to hear from you if:
- You possess a master’s degree in a Human Services or related field.
- You hold a current and unrestricted license and/or certification that is required to practice within your clinical domain and obtain cross-state licensure in new states as indicated by the current business needs.
- You have a working knowledge of ABA practices and experience working with children diagnosed with Autism.
- You bring some fieldwork experience, working in a home-based setting, and experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary agencies that work with autistic children and their families.
- You are skilled at using software and systems including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products.
- You have knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information.

The base pay range for this opening is $81,600 to $102,000. According to your skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location, you will receive compensation that fits appropriately within the range. The base pay range listed is based on a national average and subject to adjust based on your city and state of residence.
