Starting Pay Rate: $85-$95 per hour

Job Description: The BCBA will be responsible for assessing and treating individuals with behavioral challenges using evidence-based techniques. The BCBA will develop individualized treatment plans, implement behavior intervention strategies, and provide training and support to clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and monitor progress.
- Provide training and support to clients, families, and other professionals.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Stay current with the latest research and developments in the field of behavior analysis.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
