We're seeking two full time permanent Clinical Supervisors due to growth. 1 in Forth Worth and 1 in Willow Park. M-F 8a-5p

Responsibilities:
Develop personalized treatment plans:
Create individualized plans based on your Treatment Model, ensuring goals are measurable.
Client needs analysis:
Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other assessments to understand client needs.
Design skill acquisition goals and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs):
Tailor goals and plans to address core deficits associated with ASD diagnosis.
Case management and supervision:
Oversee Behavior Technicians to ensure interventions are effective.
Direct therapy and support:
Provide ABA therapy directly, educate and support parents, and maintain regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
BCBA certification and LBA license: Demonstrates expertise and adherence to professional standards.
Experience: Preferably 2+ years in early intervention with children with autism, emphasizing hands-on experience.
Education: A Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, or related fields is preferred, providing a strong academic foundation.
Certifications: Current CPR/AED and/or BLS certification to ensure readiness for emergency situations.
