What You’ll Do in This Role:
- Utilize available tools to select suitable assessments for learners, ensuring timely completion of all required components for client funding sources
- Conduct various assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis
- Develop comprehensive reports, such as functional behavior assessments, individualized treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries
- Implement behavioral skills training for direct care staff, closely monitoring progress through visual analysis, and adjusting programs as needed
- Lead and supervise behavior technicians in applying ABA methods and interventions
- Tailor individualized programming to meet each client's needs and incorporate caregiver input
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB
- Integrity in following the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA guidelines, and company policies
- Physical capability to move quickly between seated and standing positions and occasionally lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
