Collision Center Administrative Asst / Body Shop Customer Service Representative Responsibilities may include but are not limited too:

• Completes reconciliation on all accounts payable and receivables, deposits, petty cash, and receipt
• Greets and assists customers in a pleasant and professional manner, in-person and over the phone
• General office duties such as computerized data entry, insurance processing, complying reports, and filing
• Other duties to be assigned

Requirements for the Collision Administrative Asst / Body Shop Customer Service Representative are:

• Professional appearance with excellent customer service skills, required
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, required
• Enthusiastic attitude with desire to provide excellent customer service, required
• Computer proficiency with Quick Books or similar accounting software, preferred
• Must be self-motivated, detailed oriented, and organized
• Bi-lingual in Spanish, is a plus
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Valid license
