Body Shop Customer Support Specialist / Collision Center Administrative Assistant Responsibilities may include but are not limited too:
Completes reconciliation on all accounts payable and receivables, deposits, petty cash, and receipt
Greets and assists customers in a pleasant and professional manner, in-person and over the phone
General office duties such as computerized data entry, insurance processing, complying reports, and filing
Other duties to be assigned
Requirements for the Body Shop Customer Support Specialist / Collision Center Administrative Assistant are:
- Professional appearance with excellent customer service skills, required
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, required
- Enthusiastic attitude with desire to provide excellent customer service, required
- Computer proficiency with Quick Books or similar accounting software, preferred
- Must be self-motivated, detailed oriented, and organized
- Bi-lingual in Spanish, is a plus
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Valid license
