I-State Truck Center is looking for an experienced Heavy-Duty Truck Body Shop Manager for our Sioux Falls South Dakota location. We are offering highly competitive wages!
The Body Shop Manager is a key member of our management team and fulfills a critical role in our operations. This position is responsible for overall accountability of managing a Body Shop department employing multiple team members, developing body shop business, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting our products and services.

Body Shop Manager Job Duties:
- Take all necessary steps to exceed customer expectations and ensure a positive experience.
- Recruit, hire, motivate and retain the highest quality staff.
- Monitor Body Shop Department performance with key metrics, including revenue, profitability, and efficiency.
- Assure compliance with safety goals.
- Provide accurate estimates/quote services.
- Develop strong alliances with vendors and Insurance Representatives
- Manage work order system and service invoicing.
- Communicate policies, procedures, and branch goals to employees.
- Uphold our promise to our customers of �Pride in Service�.
Body Shop ManagerRequirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous Body Shop management experience
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
- Technical degree or certification a plus
- Must be physically able to lift and work with no restrictions.
- Ability to operate a forklift or obtain a forklift license.
- Ability to manage and execute quarterly budgets in a timely manner.
- Ability to manage employees and processes.
