Start Date is 120 days after receiving signed offer.

** Experienced NP with minimum of 2 years in practice in an outpatient in-person primary care clinic**
- Start Date is 120 day credentialing lead time
- Mon-Thur 8-5, Fri 8-4:30 - closed Sat/Sun
- Our team is currently 2 MDs - NP position is a new Growth position
- 100% outpatient - no hospital responsibility
- Call coverage is every 4th week, 3 to 4 days
- 18-20 patients per day after ramp up period
- Hospital follow-ups, pre-operative procedures, new patients, routine medical care, well-child exams, chronic condition management
- We care for patients age 12 through geriatric
- EPIC EMR and MyChart for virtual health
- In-office procedures common: women's health, punch biopsies, joint injections, toenail removal
- We also offer Diabetes and Weight Management to our patients
- In-office PharmD and LCSW
- Support team of experienced clinical staff - CMA and LPN
- Our team precepts nursing and med students when possible
- We're looking for a NP who fosters relationships with their patients and that is able to work collegially and positively in a group setting
