Bonds Department Document Control Specialist - Adobe & Data Management - GTN Technical Staffing

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bonds and Document Management Specialist to assist with a variety of projects related to municipal utility districts, water districts, tax increment reinvestment zones, and other public entities. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and tracking bond projects, overseeing electronic file management using Adobe and Dropbox, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of project completions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bond projects, including assisting with the preparation and issuance of bonds for public entities.
• Oversee electronic file organization and maintenance using Adobe and Dropbox, ensuring files are properly stored, updated, and accessible.
• Perform routine data entry related to bond projects, with a focus on accuracy and detail.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• Support various tasks related to municipal utility districts, water districts, tax increment reinvestment zones, and other public entities.

Essential Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe, with demonstrable experience managing electronic files.
• Experience in a bonds-related role or a similar capacity.
• Familiarity with Dropbox and comfort in handling repetitive, routine tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Desired Experience:

• Up to 3 years of experience in a bonds-related role or document management position.
• Prior experience with municipal or public entity projects is a plus.
