ABOUT THE COMPANY
The Client is a well established local real estate property management company. You will be in charge of accounts receivable & accounts payable for a trust that handles several large properties. This is great opportunity for growth and networking. You report to the owners of the trust & work on a team of accounting professionals.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BOOKKEPER:
- The Accounting Coordinator will compile and sort documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
- Verify and post details of business transactions, such as AR and AP
- Depositing rents & Posting Payments
- Handle special projects as assigned by management and senior accounting staff.
- General Accounting, AP or AR experience
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous Real Estate Experience a Plus
