About the Job
Position Summary: Looking for a bookkeeper with a strong working background in QuickBooks who can not only perform normal Bookkeeping duties such as reconcile bank accounts, process payroll, etc ) But also someone who can create and manage data in excel or google sheets as well as send/receive and organize emails. This person would also book travel arrangements and prompt specific individuals on upcoming meetings and events, an assistant to the owners if you will. This assistant while maintaining an office at IAS in Bedford Heights, will share their time between three entities, which could include phone calls and or data entry at times.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
* Reconciling statements.
* Paying Bills.
* Scheduling appointments.
* Arranging Travel.
* Answering the phone.
* Data entry.
* Payroll.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
* Skilled in QuickBooks.
* Skilled in Microsoft Office.
* Bookkeeping.
* Multi-Tasker.
* Outgoing / Personable.
* Good Communicator.
* Reliable.
* Trustworthy.
