Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper to join our team
As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting and financial tasks for our clients
This includes maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients.
Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoices and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of transactions.
Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely payment of employees.
Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring financial stability.
Prepare and file tax returns and other financial documents.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
Collaborate with clients to address financial questions and concerns.
Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
Utilize accounting software and tools to maintain financial data.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) are a plus.

the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
office location and other geographic considerations;
