• Reconcile the company's bank statements and maintain accurate bookkeeping ledgers.
• Analyze employee expenditures, track receipts, and assist in client project budgeting.
• Manage income and expenditure accounts, create quarterly and annual projections, conduct P&L analysis, and perform break-even analysis.
• Generate comprehensive financial reports using income and expenditure data to support informed decision-making.
• Monitor and assess the company's financial status, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial health.
• File and remit tax filing documents to the company's CPA firm, ensuring compliance with all financial obligations.
• Initiate and manage financial and accounting software utilized by the company to streamline financial processes.
• Take ownership of payroll management, as well as accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field w/ 2-3 years of proven experience as an accountant or bookkeeper OR 4-6 years of solid Bookkeeping in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks desktop or online software.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Experienced with job costing. 
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with utmost confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
