KBW is partnering with a local firm in the Springfield, MA area on their search for a Staff Accountant for an immediate opening
The Staff Accountant will be responsible for general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
The Staff Accountant will perform the following:
Responsibilities:
General ledger entries
Bank reconciliations
Financial reporting
Prepare and maintain financial records
Preparation of payroll tax and 1099s
Preparation of corporate tax returns
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
5+ years of experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Compensation Package: Up to $85,000 DOE
