About the Job
- Prepare general ledger entries, maintain Chart of Accounts, and reconcile accounts through QuickBooks
- Implement day-to-day accounting operations, with functional responsibility for accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Create and send invoices
- Accurately process financial transactions and pay invoices and bills in a timely manner
- Prepare financial reports as requested by officers and CPA
- Keeps officers informed by reviewing and analyzing reports, and summarizing information
- Provide information during the preparation of financial statements and tax returns
- Verify employee timesheets
- Administer payroll and partner with BBSI to deliver payments
- Manage records and information, filing in an organized and timely manner
- Serve as point of contact for vendors and suppliers
- Promptly return calls to vendors and suppliers in a polite and professional manner
