Job Title:  Brake Roll Operator (2nd Shift)

Location(s): Mayville, WI
(2ND Shift: MONDAY-THURSDAY 2:30PM 1AM with mandatory OT that can extend the M-F work hours up to 10 hours and also requires every other Saturday as needed to meet production needs.)

• Responsible for the quality of the parts produced.
• Follow all rules regarding machine operation and machine guarding.
• Maintain simple reports on productivity, quality and safety.

• Physically able to do work requiring frequent standing, bending, lifting, pushing and pulling. Must be able to lift and carry, push and pull 30 lbs.
• Sufficient reading and writing ability to follow work order instructions and prepare simple production reports.
• Sufficient visual acuity (corrected) to read instructions, operate machines and inspect parts.
• Sufficient manual dexterity to operate the equipment properly.
• Punch Press and Brake Department Required Tooling List
• Allen Wrench
• Machinist Square, (12 or 24 inch)
• Tape measure, 912Ft)
• Calipers, 8-inch minimum (Dial or Digital)
• Center Punch
• Scriber
• Ball Peen Hammer
• 15/16-inch Combination Wrench, (Punch Press only)
• Protractor, (Press Brake only)
• Tool Box for the above tools.
