Branch Manager Opportunity
Salary: $85k-$95k DOE plus Bonus

As the Branch Manager, your role encompasses overseeing and managing all aspects of the branch's operations. This includes coordinating daily activities in route sales, service, warehouse, sales, and administration. You will also be responsible for communicating and implementing key directives from clients. As a leader, you will provide training and support to the entire team while developing and executing strategies to meet company objectives and branch-specific goals. Your primary focus will be on driving business growth, retaining clients, managing labor costs and expenses, fostering employee development and accountability, and ensuring a safe and positive work environment for all staff members.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Employee Management • Effectively manage and oversee employee groups in route delivery, service, warehouse, customer service, and sales, ensuring timely and accurate completion of departmental tasks. • Recruit, train, develop, and motivate personnel to cultivate a positive working environment for all employees. • Utilize leadership skills to set development goals, provide regular performance feedback, and offer one-on-one training, observation, and in-field support. • Acquire proficiency in customer service and sales procedures to effectively supervise personnel and maintain a customer-focused business philosophy. • Foster effective communication within departments and across all levels of the organization.
Sales Leadership • Develop and nurture key client relationships to drive business growth and promote account retention. Participate in business reviews and engage with key clients in the local market. • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to provide valuable support to the sales team and enhance the sales process.
Operations & Profit Impact • Lead the implementation and execution of key business initiatives to enhance business performance, optimize core processes, and seize growth opportunities. • Safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with all relevant federal employment laws. • Achieve annual growth targets for the ___ area as defined in the budget process. • Collaborate with senior management to achieve branch sales and profit goals, while upholding the company's system management practices and mission statement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Demonstrated track record of at least five (5) years in sales, operations, and leadership roles.
• Preferably, possess experience in overseeing and managing P&L financial statements.
• Proficient in utilizing creative problem-solving skills to navigate unique and complex business challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and connect with employees, vendors, clients, and organizational leadership.
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities, along with strong time management and organizational skills, enabling effective response to dynamic market conditions and changing demands.
• Possess valuable experience in customer service leadership, client negotiations, route sales operations, and sales staff training and development, which are highly valued assets for this role.
• Exhibit excellent competencies in client interaction, communication, organization/time management, multitasking, and computer proficiency, all of which are crucial for success in this position.
• Display the capability to work efficiently and autonomously.
