Hiring Immediately; Pay Rate $72K - $78K dependent on experience; PAID WEEKLY!
Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday (45+ Hrs./Wk.) 7:00am - 5:00pm
*Must be willing to relocate to any Sunstate Branch location at the end of the program.
Program length is dependent on prior experience/skill set, etc. Approximately two years.

Position Requirements
Sunstate is a proud Second Chance employer that evaluates every candidate on a case-by-case basis.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a managerial role is preferred
- Previous experience with construction equipment is preferred
- Must be willing to relocate upon completion of Manager in Training program
- Proficient computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite and AS400
- Be able to remain organized in a fast paced, dynamic environment
