About the Job
We have partnered with a local bank for an amazing opportunity to join their team as a Branch Manager! They are looking for a proven leader with experience that will be responsible for the operations of the branch and its team members.
Basic Responsibilities:
- Manage the bank branch and bring in new profitable business
- Maintain an ongoing business development program in order to assist existing customers and solicit new customers to the bank
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and direct people as they work
- Ability to provide an inviting and comfortable environment for both customers and employees
Requirements:
- Must have Management or Assistant Management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred
- Strong leader with retail management experience
- Must have a proven track record in business development
- Knowledge of bank regulations pertaining to lending and debt collection
- Strong credit knowledge
