Job Title: Branch Manager

We are seeking a qualified Branch Manager to oversee daily operations and member service in the teller and member support areas.

Responsibilities:

• Manage overall branch operations and ensure excellent member service.
• Develop and maintain relationships with the Library of Congress community.
• Lead and train staff to achieve performance goals.
• Implement strategies to enroll existing and new members.
• Monitor compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in branch management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in financial services and member relations.
